Is anyone using Proposify to get clients to sign off on a completed project?

Clients don't always take a hard look at projects and we sometimes have a few revisions after the "final" is delivered.

I'd like to have them sign off on the project with wording to the effect that "changes after the video is approved may result in additional charges".

Has anyone done this with Proposify?

Really interesting use case, Chris! Always good to make it official when a project is complete. I remember from my days running an agency how often clients would keep wanting changes after the project was finalized.

For me it's self-care. If I'm not working out, taking time for me, and filling up my cup, I find being a successful leader is hard.

I've recently started using Proposify (came from another proposal platform for Accountants). I started looking for another platform as I just wasn't happy with the look and flow of the proposals and a few other issues. But I am really impressed with the new look of my proposals. I am LOVING using Proposify so far.

I own a bookkeeping and tax preparation business in New Jersey and have a team of people who can handle just about anything accounting related, from clean up to the tax return, tax planning and advisory, and even representation if you have an IRS or state tax issue.

As most of the platforms in my tech stack are accounting related, I can't wait to take some time to dive in and see what workflows others are using in different industries. I'm looking forward to learning some of your tips and tricks on closing.

Jessica Whitman, one of our rockstar Customer Success Managers shared a really interesting Proposify use case the other day.

Jake from Xcel Energy not only has been using Proposify to send out smashing proposals. His team has been also using Proposify as a way to send monthly newsletters!! They weren't able to distribute an email from their own domain or email address. So they used Proposify! 🤯

If you've been thinking about sending a company newsletter, but not sure how, listen to Jake's quick snippet: https://app.gong.io/e/c-share/?tkn=1vb3v5xcnujz6hohdoiliyvnd
